Overview

The platform allows sales teams to manage all aspects of corporate events, including general information, service planning, account reconciliation and documents.

The existing tool lacked clarity, with fragmented information and limited visibility on event progress.

The redesign aimed to provide a clear, structured and unified view of event data, improving usability and efficiency.

Challenge

Managing corporate events requires handling multiple dimensions simultaneously.

Key challenges:

  • fragmented information across different modules

  • lack of visibility on event progress and status

  • complex service planning and calendar management

  • difficulty accessing financial data (account reconciliation)

  • scattered documents and lack of structure

Design objective
Provide a clear, centralized and intuitive interface that gives users full visibility over the event lifecycle while simplifying navigation between key sections.

Understanding user workflows

Analyzed how sales teams manage events across different stages, identifying pain points in navigation and information access.

Redefining information architecture

Reorganized the platform around key pillars:

  • overview

  • calendar & services

  • financial tracking (reconciliation)

  • documents

Designing user flows

Created simplified flows enabling users to move easily between sections while maintaining context.

Prototyping the experience

Designed the full product experience in Figma, including user flows, layouts and UI components

Creating a dedicated design system

Built a design system tailored to the Meetings & Events platform, ensuring consistency across modules and supporting scalability.
This included defining reusable components, interaction patterns and layout rules adapted to complex data and workflows.

Designed the full product experience in Figma, including user flows, layouts and UI components.

Then developed an interactive prototype using Figma Make to simulate real user interactions and event configuration scenarios.

This allowed:

  • testing complex workflows early

  • validating usability with stakeholders

  • aligning product, design and development teams
